Move in/out cleaning
As we all know moving is stressful enough without having to worry about cleaning the space we are leaving or moving into. That’s what we are here for, to take that added stress away.
While you are packing up your things and getting ready to move, we can be at your new home getting it ready for you. We can make sure everything is cleaned and sanitized for you before you bring your stuff in.
While you are settling into your new home, we will stay behind and make sure all the deep detailed cleaning is done for you. Most lease agreements require that you leave the space in the same condition as the day you moved in. While this means fixing any damage, this often includes deep cleaning as well. Always check with your landlord to be sure.
Move In/Out Cleaning Includes:
Cleaning the inside and outside of drawers and cabinets
Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and high touched areas
Cleaning microwaves, ovens, ranges, and other appliances
Vacuuming all floors and cleaning all wood, vinyl, tile, and other floorings
Spot-cleaning doors and door frames
Dusting every surface, including window frames, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
Make sure your house is empty, no boxes or bags or furniture is left behind that will be going, before the cleaning day to allow us to access all the places in need of cleaning and do our best.
Schedule any repairs and any other move-out services to come on different days from your cleaning. This will ensure us the space and time to do our job the best way possible and not get in the way of others. I personally recommend cleaning after all over services.
Do not cut off your power or water until after we’re done cleaning. The equipment and tools we use to clean require both. Thorough and deep cleaning of your home is what you need, and we will need access to these to do the best job.
Schedule your home cleaning a few days before the deadline. This will give time for the expected and unexpected and ensure you are happy with the results.
